Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PADS portal only No hard copy will be issued. 2. Only firms/ contractors registered with PPRA on EPADS as vendors are eligible through online E-Pads Tendering. 3. The prospective bidders are required to submit bid security/earnest money (CDR) amounting to as above mentioned works in favour Deputy Director Maintenance-II, CDA issued from any schedule bank against firm?s account, Name of Firm should be clearly mentioned on instrument (call Deposit/CDR). The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and submit original bid Security/CDR?s before two days at the time of opening of tender i.e. 07-03-2025 at 12:00 Noon. 4. The prospective bidders shall provided copy of Certificate, which is required on Original Judicial stamp Paper worth of Rs.100/- that their firms are not involved in any litigation. 5. The prospective bidders shall provided copy of Certificate, which is required on Original Judicial stamp Paper worth of Rs.100/- for non-relationship in CDA. 6. The Prospective bidder is also required to submit their bids (with Complete Documents) online through EPAD at http://eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of rule 36 (b) of Public Procurement rules 2004 and terms and conditions defined in the bidding documents. 7. The bid security of all bidders will be deposited in CDA bank account and same will be returned after the acceptance of the contract with the successful bidder. 8. The Bids will be opened publically on 11-03-2025 at 11:30 AM in the presence of Bidder?s authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the Office of Director Maintenance CDA in his office at Old Naval Complex Melody G-6 (S.No.15 & 16) Dy. Director Maintenance Division-II in his office in Bazar No-8 CDA Office G-6/4 (S.No.01 to 14). 9. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and or incorrect information is liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 10. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 2004, without assigning any reason. 11.
