| Description | CUI-LHR-TN-25-1837 Expression of Interest 1) COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus, a public sector University of Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST) invites bids through EPADS from well reputed and experienced constructors who are already registered with various Government/Semi Govt. departments and registered with minimum (PEC C-6 and above) for the work entitled ?Civil Work for Construction of a Hall for Classroom Space & Shifting of Wood Workshop in Architecture & Design at CUI Lahore Campus?. 2) Information regarding bidding documents, which are containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement / work, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/ rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the interested bidders at Works Department, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, Defence Road, Off, Raiwind Road, Lahore. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS along with tender document?s fee in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Cash depositing at HBL CUI-Branch, amounting Rs.2,500/-(nonrefundable). No bid shall be accepted without tender document fee. 3) The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at Works Department, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, Defence Road, Off Raiwind Road, Lahore on or before June 16, 2025 at 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs. 4) . This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
