| Description | METROPOLITAN CORPORATION ISLAMABAD (Directorate of Municipal Administration) AUCTION NOTICE Directorate of Municipal Administration Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad intends to auction confiscated and useless goods including handcart, wood, iron, counter, cloth, panaflex, boards and plastic pipes, shovel, beater etc on the basis of as it is where it is. Terms & Condition i. Interested parties can examine the above-mentioned goods before 16-06-2025 during the office hours. ii. No token will be issued on the day of auction. iii. Token fee amounting to Rs. 500,000/-(refundable) along with application and a copy of CNIC must be submitted up to 17-06-2025 in shape of bank draft in favor of DDO, DMA/MCI. iv. Successful bidders will have to submit 25% amount of bid immediately on the sport 75% balance of along with GST, Income tax and other taxes will be submitted within the 7 days of bid approval date. In case of failure in submission of bid amount within due date by the bidder, Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad reserves governmental rights to confiscate the bid token amount and bid will be conducted again. v. Auction items should be lifted with 15 days. vi. Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad reserves the right to accept or reject any fall bids. In case of incompletion of auction on 19-06-2025, it will be followed up next day?s i.e. on 20-06-2025.
