| Description | EXPRESSION OF INTEREST PREQUALIFICATION/ SHORTLISTING OF APPLICANTS OUTSOURCING OF OPERATIONS OF GANDHARA HERITAGE AND CITIZENS CLUB Capital Development Authority (the "Authority") desires to outsource the operations of Gandhara Heritage and Citizens Club (GHCC) to improve its service quality and to unlock its revenue potential under public private partnership (PPP) mode. GHCC is spanning a total area of 22 acres at Sector F-9. The constructed area of the already built citizen club is nearly 3 acres. National competitive bidding (NCB) process under the Public Procurement Rules remains applicable. Interested Applicants having relevant experience are requested to submit the Expression of Interest (EOI) for Prequalification. Applicants may view and receive the Pre Qualification Documents from the Authority or PPRA website. The Applicants shall prepare a bank demand draft for an amount equivalent to PKR 100,000/-, addressed to the Capital Development Authority. EOI submission shall accompany the deposit receipt/ demand draft of aforementioned amount. All EOI applications along with required documents must be submitted through EPADS before 2:00 PM PST 23 June 2025. A pre-submission meeting and the soft launch of the project is planned for Tuesday, 03 June 2025 at Gandhara Heritage & Citizens Club, F9 Park, Islamabad.
