| Description | INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT SME Certification, International Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program, Government of Pakistan funded project of Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan invites Proposals (Single Stage ? Two Envelope Procedure) from eligible bidders who are registered with PPRA for eProcurement on ?e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS)?, Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), for procurement of IT Equipment as defined in the bidding documents. 2. Tender Document / Bidding document, containing detailed terms & conditions, specification, requirements, etc. are available on PPRA (EPADS) and SMEDA website. In order to clarify the bidder?s queries for the captioned work, a pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the address mentioned below. 3. The Proposals /bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must be submitted on EPADS on or before June 11th, 2025, at 12:00 PM (noon). Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 pm on EPADS at the address given below. Bid declaration from in original along with the technical proposal shall also reach the address given below. 4. SMEDA-SME Certification, International Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. Submission of proposals on the EPADS is mandatory. Interested firms may download the complete document from the SMEDA website, i.e. www.smeda.org and also from the EPADS website i.e. EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk), free of cost. Note: Those bidders who have not applied online (EPADS) will not be considered for further processing. For using the EPADS, unregistered bidders may first register on the website https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration; in case of any technical difficulty in registration or using EPADS, the prospective bidders may contact PPRA?s technical team.
