Copper Scrap, Aluminum conductor and scrap, Iron scrap, Galvanized Iron, Grid Material, Electric Scrap, Rubber Plastic, Mix Scrap, Wooden scrap, Vehicle Scrap As per Tender Document Verification Report No. 315 dated: 26-02-2025 Lot: II Sr. No. Nomenclature Unit & Quantity 1. Dirty Transformer Oil with Water and Sludge As per Tender Document Terms & Conditions. 1. Material can be Physically inspected up to 16-06-2025 during working hours at A-Type store 500kv Grid Station Gatti, Faisalabad. 2. Bids offered must be exclusive of all govt. Taxes. The taxes will be paid by highest bidder at the time of final payment. Participants in this tender should be registered with FBR and Local tax authority. 3. Tender shall be sale on Lot to Lot basis. The participants of lot [II] should have valid license from Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA). 4. Tender documents can be purchased for RS.5000/- (Non-refundable) up to 16-06-2025 during working hours from the office of Manager 500kv Grid Station NGCPL Gatti, Faisalabad. 5. 5% CDR of bid amount in the favor of RE/Manager 500kv Grid Station Gatti Faisalabad, must be accompanied with bid which will be kept in safe custody for the first three bidders (as per comparative statement) till the submission of final remaining bid amount by the highest bidder whereas the bid amount for the remaining non-successful bidders except first three will be returned on the same day. 6. Tender will be received up to 17-06-2025 (11:00 Hrs) and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of Manager 500kv Grid Station NGCPL Gatti Faisalabad. 7. Tender with any Cutting / Overwriting and ambiguity will be rejected. 8. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price Subject to the approval of competent Authority. 9. The material is sold on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the material they are bidding for. NO Complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained. 10. After the final Approval / issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 21 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and CDR amount will be forfeited. 11. All the material from the site will be lifted within 21 working days after issuing of Release Order and strictly during working Hour only. 12.
