Spans In between (216 to 218) & 216 and 218 District Mansehra Hill top near Tanda Bajna Shinkiari Terms & Conditions: 1. The above-mentioned nature of work is to be performed on 220kV Mansehra ? ISPR (I & II) for Work ?A? and 220kV Mansehra ? Allai for Work ?B? Transmission lines. 2. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions etc. can be purchased at the cost of Rs: 3,000/- (Non-refundable) on or before 13.06.2025 during working hours from the office of Dy. Manager 500 KV T/L (M) Division (A.M.N) NGC, 500KV Grid Station Chakbeli Road Rawat. 3. No bid will be accepted without bid security/ Earnest Money. 4. Work must be completed within the stipulated time period of 45 days after issuance of work order. Further these days are subject to availability of approved Shut-down on the respective transmission lines. 5. The Telecom Department, Islamabad of NGC will carry out detailed testing of Installed OPGW after completion of the above work ?A? and ?B?. 6. Payment will be released after satisfactory testing results as per para 5 above. 7. Tenders/ Bids will be received up to 16.06.2025 Monday (11:00 Hrs.) and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs. in the office of Dy. Manager, 500 KV T/L (M) Division (A.M.N) NGC Rawat ? Phone No. 051-4262159. 8. Bids with any cutting/ overwriting and ambiguity will be rejected. 9. The bids offered shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes (both Federal and Provincial). 10. All the rights to cancel/alter the schedule of auction are reserved. 11. Only one representative of the company/firm will be allowed to participate in opening of the bid.
