Located in District Lakki Marwat (TENDER NO.1/2025/TLM DIVISION NGCP PESHAWAR) 1. Please float a tender in renowned national/Local dailies and PPRA/NTDC Websites for rehabilitation work of damaged tower foundation no. 154 of 220kV Double circuit Daudkhel-Bannu transmission line due to sabotage attempt by terrorists located in district Lakki Marwat. As per BOQ 4 Transportation and Erection of 1.No D/C New Tower (EA) a/w all hardware assemblies & welding up to 8 meter height. Lump sum 5 Unclipping, Repair, Stringing & adjustment of overhead 0.7km shield wire & 0.7km Twin bundle conductor as per drawing & BOQ. Lump sum TERMS & CONDITION: 1. The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or individuals licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the above scope of works. The bidding shall be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as per PEC Single Stage ? Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure. 2. The bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority, possessing valid NTN and PSTRN numbers. 3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested Bidder as per experience mentioned below in 3a and 3b on submission of a written application to the undersigned office upon payment of a non?refundable fee of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) from the date of publication of this tender during office working hours. The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of ?Deputy Manager 500KV TL (M) Division NTDC Peshawar?. The bidder should be owner or authorized representative of the contracting firm with power of attorney and valid CNIC of the owner a) The bidder, either as a single entity or as a JV partner, must have successfully completed construction contracts involving RCC spread foundations, erection of towers, stringing, testing, and commissioning of 220kV or higher voltage bundled Transmission Lines of at least 1 km in length using the controlled tension method within the last ten (10) years. b) In case of a Joint Venture (JV), the lead partner must meet the criteria stated above. Each JV partner, other than the lead, must have executed similar contracts as main or subcontractor involving RCC spread foundations, erection of towers, stringing, testing, and commissioning of 220kV or higher voltage bundled Transmission Lines of at least 1 km strung using the controlled tension method during the past ten (10) years. 4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 2% of the total bid price in Pak Rupees, in the form of a Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer. The bid security must be valid for at least twenty-eight (28) days beyond the bid validity period. 5. The bids, prepared as per the instructions given in the bidding documents, must be delivered to the office of the undersigned via courier, registered post, or by hand on or before 27 May 2025 at 11:00 hours. The bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders? representatives who choose to attend, at the same venue. 6. The bidder shall submit the maximum completion time for the tendered works, detailed technical specifications, relevant work experience, and completion certificates along with the tender documents. 7. All applicable taxes and duties shall be deducted from the contractor?s bills at the prescribed rates as notified by Govt of Pakistan/WAPDA/NGCPL (formerly NTDC) from time to time. 8. Only those contractors shall apply who possess adequate experience in working under sensitive and high-security environments and are fully cognizant of the associated site conditions and challenges/risks. The selected contractor shall be required to undertake all necessary security measures in compliance with applicable safety and operational protocols. 9. NGCPL (formerly NTDC) reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2004.
