National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) ?the Purchaser?, invites sealed bids through ?Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure? on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms as defined in Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of following quantities of Goods. SUPPLY OF TUBELESS TYRES 2. Specifications: Sr # Tyres Make Size Qty (Nos.) 1 Dunlop 31x10.50R15 08 2 Dunlop 265/60-R18 04 2. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, can be purchased in person from the office of Executive Engineer EHV-I T\L ?C? Division NTDC, Peshawar against payment of PKR 2,000/- (Pak Rupees Two thousand only). 3. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price of respective work in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. 4. The bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 29.05.2025 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day, in the presence of Bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 5. The Purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul bidding process at any time prior to contract award as defined in Clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
