XEN (EHV-I) GRW-02/2025 Name of Work: Sealed Tenders are invited from the WAPDA/NTDC approved contractors for Purchase and supply of material (120mm Copper (Earthing) Thimbles , Clamps (Coreopsis Conductor) 90BC40 and Clamps (Coreopsis Conductor) TMRC) required for site activities of 220kV D/C Transmission Line for interconnection of Unit# 09 & 10 at Mangla Power House switchyard as per detail mentioned below:- Sr. # Description Qty 1. 120mm copper (Earthing) Thimbles 20 Nos. 2. Clamps (Coreopsis Conductor) 90BC40 12 Nos. 3. Clamps (Coreopsis Conductor) TMRC 12 Nos. Eligibility of Contractors: i) Sealed tenders are invited from the WAPDA/NTDC approved contractor in the relevant category. The contractor should have the experience of supply of similar nature of material for at least two times. ii) The contractor should have sufficient financial resources to execute the work / supply material. Tender can be purchased: Tender can be purchased from the office of Executive Engineer (EHV) T/L ?C? Division NTDC, Gujranwala during office hours (0800 to 1600) till 23.05.2025. Bid Security: 2% of bid cost in shape of CDR from any scheduled bank as bid security. Conditions: 1. Bidding will be conducted through local competitive bidding (LCB). 2. The bidder shall quote for the total material/work; NTDC will award the contract to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder on overall basis. 3. Any conditional bid will not be accepted by the NTDC/employer. 4. The NTDC/Employer has the right to reject all bid as per PPRA Rule # 33. 5. Bidder should take care of the following before participation: i. Bid covering for partial work shall be rejected. ii. Each page of the subject bidding documents should be signed and stamped by the bidder. iii. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. iv. Late bids will be rejected. v. No extra charges and no escalation charges will be paid to the bidder for delay in provision of material at Mangla Power House switchyard site. 6. Completion set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the NTDC office mentioned below on cash payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/- during the office hours. 7. The bidder will bear all cost associated with the preparation and submission of his bid. 8. All Federal / Provincial and other taxes shall be applied on the total bid amount of successful bidder. 9. The supplier will be strictly bound to fulfill all codal formalities during the manufacturing and supply of material. 10. The supplier shall ensure that all materials supplied comply with the relevant NTDC/WAPDA standards. 11. The supplier will be responsible for all relevant work required for the supply of the above material as per NTDC?s SOP. 12. If, during the execution of the supply at the site, it is observed that the supplied material does not meet design parameters, the matter shall immediately be referred to the concerned formation of NTDC for necessary review and modifications (if required) in accordance with the provisions of the contract, which the contractor will have to comply without any additional claim. 13. The supplier must adopt all necessary standards for material manufacturing, quality control, testing, packaging, and delivery. 14. The supplier shall provide manufacturer test certificates and test reports from RTL Lab NTDC to ensure compliance with NTDC specifications. 15. Proper documentation, including warranties and compliance certificates, must be submitted before the acceptance of supplied materials. 16. The supplier will be responsible for the transportation and delivery of materials to the designated site and shall ensure proper handling to prevent any damage during transit. 17. Any defective or non-compliant material shall be replaced by the supplier at their own expense within a stipulated timeframe. 18. NTDC reserves the right to inspect the material at any stage of manufacturing, packaging, and delivery to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
