| Description | CAPITEL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (SECTOR DEVELOPMENT DIVISON-II) INVITATION FOR BIDS Single Stage Two Envelope 1. The Capital Development Authority invites sealed bids from firms who are well reputed, registered with PEC having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-4 or above with project code CE-10, CE-02/BC-02, CE-09, EE-11, EE-11(ii), ME-01, ME-02, ME-03, EE-05 for the year 2024-25, who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in Bidding Documents for the following project: - SR.#. NAME OF WORK 1. Repair/Maintenance of NIRMS Hospital in Sector G-8, Islamabad E/MONEY REMARKS Rs. 94,747,301.00 NIT COST Rs. 2,842,419.00 Quantity and Detail of items are mentioned in the bidding documents 2. Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PAD portal before given date and time. 3. Only firms/Contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to purchase bidding documents. 4. Tender should be accompanied Bid Security/Earnest Money (refundable) in the form of Call Deposit/CDRs in favor of Deputy Director Sector Development Division-II, CDA. Issued from any schedule bank against firm?s account. Name of firm should be clearly mentioned on instrument (Call Deposit/CDRs) The Call Deposit/CDRs received the office time to the undersign before three days tender opening date (Technical Bids), above mentioned PEC category and code mandatory before receiving the Call Deposit/CDRs. The prospective bidder shall upload scanned copy of Bid E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Director Sector Development, CDA. 5. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http//eprocure.gov.pk before opening date, Original bids in accordance with the provisions of Rule36(a) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions defined in the bidding documents must be submitted of the address mentioned below on or before 02-05-2025 at 9:30AM. 6. The bids will be opened publicly on the 02-05-2025 at 10:00 A.M in presence of procurement committee & bidders authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director Sector Development Division-II, CDA located at Room No.55 & 65 old naval head quarter G-6, Markaz, Islamabad. 7. The firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 8. The firm providing undertaking and original affidavit on judicial stamp paper for worth of Rs.500/-for non-blacklisting for any Government department and other Semi department our firm, Original stamp paper receiving before the date of opening technical bids. 9. The firm providing undertaking and original affidavit on judicial stamp paper for worth of Rs.500/-for non-relationship in CDA Official & Officer, Original stamp paper receiving before the date of opening technical bids. 10. In case if total bid amount is less than 10% below the N.I.T amount the bidder shall submit additional call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between N.I.T amount and total quoted amount less 10% of N.I.T amount the additional performance guarantee shall be submitted along with the bid. Bids having rates below 10% of NIT without additional call deposit will be rejected. 11. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules-2004. 12.
