| Description | National Subcontracting Development Program Enhancing SME Competitiveness through Subcontracting 1. The Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites Request for Proposlas (RFP) from reputable firms, registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS and having relevant expertise and capacity in execution of ?National Subcontracting Development Program- Enhancing SME Competitiveness through Subcontracting? 2. RFP document including detailed TORs can be downloaded free of cost from EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). / PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk). / SMEDA website (www.smeda.org). 3. In order to clarify the bidder?s queries for the captioned work, a pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 pm, 21 st April 2025 at the address mentioned below. 4. Interested firms are requested to submit their proposals (Technical & Financial) electronically through PPRA EPADS on the "Single Stage Two Envelope" procedure. Proposal security declaration on legal stamp paper of PKR Rs 100 (use form-6) in original shall be submitted along with technical proposal on or before 30th April, 2025 till 11:00 am on undersigned addressed along with necessary documents stated in RFP. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. 5. The Technical proposals shall be evaluated according to the criteria given in the RFP. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms shall be opened and contract will be awarded on a ?Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS)? method. 6. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
