Only firms / contractors enlisted / connected with PPRA on E-PADS Software as vendors are eligible forbidding documents.Tender Form & BOQ can be download from website https://eprocure.gov.pk/. 2. Bidder?s Application should be accompanied with the bid Security / Earnest Money in the shape of Pay order/ Deposit at Call (CDR) early indicating the Name of firm issued by local scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director Hort A/Sadr, CDA and should be generated from firm?s own bank account onlywill be received during office timing up to ?????30-04-2025. No application entertains after the due date. Cash / Cheque or open CDR without indicating name of firm and applications without Bid Security / Earnest Money will not be accepted for issuance of tender / bidding document. The prospective bidders will also upload scanned copy of Bid Security / CDR on E-PADS. 3. Tender / bids will be opened in the office of Dy. Director (Hort) A/Sadr, CDA located at Room No.33, Ground Floor,A/Sadr Building, Islamabad on schedule date and time mentioned above. 4. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on or before tender opening date & time. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of PPRA Rule 36(a) and other terms & Conditions as defined in the bidding documents. 5. The eligibility criteria of firms having relevant experience and at least 03 No. of relevant work orders in last two financial years will be observed before issuance of tender documents. 6. The prospective bidders are also required to submit an undertaking on stamp paper duly attested by notary public worth not less than Rs.50/- that the firm / contractor are neither involved in any litigation nor black listed by any government, Semi government of autonomous body in Pakistan and also undertakes that if any information or document provided by firm for issuance of tender document is found incorrect or fictitious that firm is liable for disqualification and legal action under the law. 7. CDA can reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal and conditional bids will be rejected at the spot as per PPRA rules. 8. In case of any Gazetted / Occasional Holidays, the tenders will be opened on the next working day. 9. The Tender Document shall be issued to only those forms having security clearness from Aiwan ?e- Sadr Authority. 10.
