| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Market & Road Maintenance North Notice Inviting E-Bidding The Capital Development Authority, invites sealed bids from firms who mare well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in category C-6 or above with project Code CE-01 for the year 2024-25, who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project:- S.# Name of work NIT Cost Earnest Money Tender/Receiving & Opening Date and Time 1 Rehabilitation and Fixing of Kerb Stones at Khayaban-e-Iqbal F-8, F-9, F-10 & F-11, Islamabad. Rs. 11,043,860/- Rs. 331,500/- 30.04.2025 (opened at 11:30 A.M) 2. Improvement of Nullah with Protection Work in Street No. 13 Sector F-7/2, Islamabad. Rs. 18,872,491/- Rs. 566,500/- 30.04.2025 (opened at 11:30 A.M) 1. Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PADS portal only. No hard copy issued. 2. Only firms/contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible through on line E-PADS Tendering. 3. The prospective bidders are required to submit Bid Security/Earnest Money (CDR) amounting to as above mentioned works in favour of Deputy Director Market & Roads Maintenance North, CDA issued from any schedule bank against firm?s account. Name of Firm should be clearly mentioned on instrument (Call Deposit/CDR). The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted Two (02) Days before opening of Bids & Pay Order is not acceptable. 4. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Certificate is required on Original Judicial Stam Paper for each tender worth of Rs. 500/- their firm are not involved any litigations. 5. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Certificate is required on Original Judicial Stam Paper for each tender worth of Rs. 500/- for non-relation ship in CDA. 6. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http;//eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of Rule 36(a) of Public Procurement Rules 2004 and terms & condition defined in the bidding documents. 7. Participants/firms must submit attested copies of relevant documents with original bid security / CDR?s. 8. Work-related information may be sought from the office of Deputy Director Market & Roads Maintenance North, CDA. 9. In case of any gazette /occasional holidays the tenders will be opened on the next working day. 10. The bid security of all bidder will be deposited in CDA bank account and same will be returned after the acceptance of the contract with the successful bidder. 11. The Bids will be opened publically on 30.04.2025 at 11:30 AM in the presence of Bidder?s authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director Market & Roads Maintenance, CDA located at Old Navel Head Quarter Room No. 39 Sector G-6 Melody Islamabad. 12. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 13.
