Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) is an autonomous body working under the Ministry of Industries and Production (MoIP), Government of Pakistan has initiated a Financial Literacy Program for SMEs through various activities.
2. SMEDA invites sealed applications for pre-qualification of training services providers (TSPs) firms for Financial Literacy of SMEs. SMEDA intends to pre-qualify firms/organizations who are registered with PPRA for eProcurement on ?e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (e-PADS)?, Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, capable of delivering comprehensive training on selected topics under the indicative list of areas identified by SMEDA.
3. A complete set of pre-qualification documents may be purchased by an interested firm/organization from the below mentioned office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- Pre-qualification documents can also be downloaded from SMEDA Website (www.smeda.org), PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk), and ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) free of cost.
4. The pre-qualification application, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the pre- qualification documents, must reach at the below mentioned address, in original hard copy, on or before April 24, 2025 at 12:00 noon. Electronic proposals will not be entertained other than bids required to be submitted online through PPRA e-Procurement portal- EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 12:00 noon on April 24, 2025. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm.
NOTE: For using the ePADS, unregistered bidders may first register on website https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration; in case of any technical difficulty in registration or using e-PADS, the prospective bidders may contract PPRA?s technical team.
