The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-application from the National Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-B or above and in code of specialization CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-01, EE-02, EE-04, EE-06, EE-07,ME-01, ME-02, ME-03, ME-04 for pre qualification of work. ?CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL 104 FAMILY SUITS FOR MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT INCLUDING 400 SERVANTS QUARTERS AT SECTOR G-5/2 ISLAMABAD (balance Work)? 2. Electronic pre-qualification document, containing detailed requirements, terms andconditions is available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. 3. The electronic proposal, prepared in accordance with instructions in the pre-qualification documents must be submitted through EPADS on or before 24-04-2025 at 11:30 AM. Manual submission shall not be accepted. Electronic proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM on www.eprocure.gov.pk. 4. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. 5. Further information regarding the project may be obtained from the Director, worksMashooq Ali Sheikh (Cell No. +92-334-5112472) on any working day (during office hours i.e. 8:30 am PST till 4:30 pm PST). Only the short listed/pre-qualified firms/contractors will subsequently be invited to submit tender/bid for the above-mentioned project. In case of in complete information or concealment of fact, the application will result into disqualification of the firm/contractor. 6.
