| Description | METROPOLITAN CORPORATION ISLAMABAD (Directorate of Municipal Administration) Fire HQ, G-7 Islamabad RATE RUNNING CONTRACT/FRAME WORK AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION / INSTALLATION OF CITY BRANDING ARRANGEMENTS (AS & WHEN REQUIRED BASIS) ON PAKISTAN GAZETTE DAYS I.E. KASHMIR SOLIDARITY DAY, PAKISTAN DAY PARADE, 14THAUGUST, DEFENSEDAY, BLACK DAY E.T.C AND HEAD OF STATE, VVIP DELEGATIONS VISIT TO PAKISTAN, VIP EVENTS OF CDA/MCI, ARRANGEMENTS ON DIRECTIONS OF PM OFFICE, MOI, MOFA, CDA ETC. Directorate of Municipal Administration, MCI intends to carry out Rate Running Contract / Framework Agreement for Route Decoration including city branding on National Events / VVIP delegation visits to Pakistan etc, VIP events of CDA/MCI, arrangements on directions of PM Office, MOI, MOFA, CDA etc on single stage two envelope procedurefor the period of one (01) year extendable for further period of 01 year on satisfactory performance with the mutual consent of both parties as per following eligibility criteria of Terms and Condition as per PPRA Rules. 1) The bidders registered with PPRA on E-PADS will be eligible to purchase & submit the tender documents. 2) The tender documents are available on PPRA E-PADS portal and can be downloaded from CDA?s website https://www.cda.gov.pk). Tender Documents containing details TORs can also be obtained on payment of Rs.5,000/? (Rupees Five thousand only) non-refundable in shape of Pay order in favor of D.D.O, DMA, MCI from the office of Deputy Director DMA, MCI, Fire Headquarter Building G-7/1 Islamabad on or before 18-04-2025, during working hours. 3) Tender Documents should be accompanied with Bid Security / earnest money Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees One million only) (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of D.D.O, DMA, MCI. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS PPRAand original will be submitted to the office of Director-DMA, Islamabad along with the Bids. 4) Earnest Money will be converted as security of Rate Running Contract/Frame Work Agreement. Security amount will be refunded to the contractor after satisfactory completion of contract agreement and audit of the contractual period by the government auditors, if any draft Para advance Para against the Firm/Contractor security amount will not refund till the settlement of Audit Para. 5) The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://www.eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original Bids in accordance with the provisions of Section- 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions defined in the tender documents must be submitted in the office of Director DMA, MCI on or before 21-04-2025 at 11:00 AM. 6) The submitted Technical Bid will be opened publicly on the same day 21-04-2025 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Committee & Bidder?s authorized Representatives, who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director- Municipal Administration, Islamabad. However, the date and time of opening of financial bid will be intimated to the successful bidders through E-PADS and telephonically. 7) Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Section--48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.andwww.ppra.org.pk. The incomplete, unsealed and late submitted bids shall be rejected and returned. 8) The Authority reserves the right to reject all the bids as per provision of Section-33 of PPRA Rules-2004.
