Only such intending bidder shall be entitled to take part in the open auction who before the commencement of auction shall obtain the TORs / Tender Documents from the address mentioned below and a token number from the office of DDO/DMA/MCI during office hours through written request on his firm / Company Letter Pad along with a Non-Refundable Bankdraft amounting to Rs.10,000/- and REFUNDABLE BANK DRAFT AS EARNEST MONEY ON ACCOUNT OF EACH INTRA CITY WAGON/ TAXI STAND SEPARATELY MENTIONED AGAINST EACHin favor of DDO/DMA/MCI one day prior to the date of auction: - a. Intra City Wagon/ Taxi Stand Mandi Morr I-11 (Earnest Money)Rs.10,000,000/- b. Intra City Wagon/ Taxi Stand G-9 Markaz(Earnest Money)Rs.2,500,000/- c. Intra City Wagon/ Taxi Stand G-6 Aabpara (Earnest Money)Rs.2,500,000/- 2. The duration of the license is as mentioned above which is extendable subject to satisfactory performance along with submission of payment/ license fee in advance with 10% increase per annum. 3. Before handing over the possession of the site, highest bidder shall deposit 1st years 100% of the bid value amount in advance along with 10% of bid value security deposit and 10% withholding tax as per prevailing rates within a specific period which will be mentioned in the offer letter. In case of default / failure to deposit the bid offer by the highest bidder, the offer shall stand cancelled and the earnest money shall be forfeited. 4. The Earnest Money of the 2nd and 3rd bidder will be retained till the singing of the license / agreement and handing over the site possession to the successful bidders. 5. The Authority reserved the rights to cancel the auction proceeding whole or any individual bid without assigning any reason. 6. In case of non-occurrence of auction proceedings due to any reason including non-acceptance of bid, the auction process will be rescheduled on alternative date as mentioned above. 7. The open auction will be held in the office of Director Municipal Administration, MCI Fire Headquarter Building G/7-1, Islamabad on schedule Date & Time as mentioned above. 8. Applications received with incomplete documents or after due date and time shall not be considered. 9. Only those applicants will be allowed to participate in the open auction whom issued the token number on submission of Earnest Money. 10. The companies / firms should not be defaulter of any Government department including MCI / CDA and FBR etc. 11. The companies / firms/ bidder should possess valid NTN. 12. The owner of the company / firm or any member of the company / Board of Director has no history of financial default as well as any criminal history of conflict of interest. 13. The company / firm should not be black listed from any Government / Semi Government / Authority etc. 14. No tender / token will be issued on the date of Auction. NOTE: Only registered companies/ firms / individuals having relevant experience are eligible in the bidding process. The companies/ firms shall provide their incorporation/ registration certificates along with their registration with tax authorities. DR.
