MAINTENANCE DIVISION PARLIAMENT HOUSE ***** OPEN AUCTION NOTICE OF SERVICEABLE / UN-SERVICEABLE STORE MATERIAL OF PARLIAMENT HOUSE ISLAMABAD An open Auction of serviceable / unserviceable E&M store materialof Parliament House building, Islamabad as and where it is are hereby invited. Date and time of Auction: 17-04-2025 Closing Hours: Office Hours Venue of Auction: Main (E&M) Store of Parliament House Building, Islamabad TERMS & CONDITION: 1) Interested Parties can visit & examine / inspect the aforementioned material at site located at Parliament House, Islamabadon 14-04-2025 (office hours). 2) Token will be issued upon submission of Pay Order of Rs.50,000/- in favor Deputy Director, E&M ? MaintenanceDivisionParliament House, CDA along with application and prospective bidder?s original CNIC on 14-04-2025up to closing hours. 3) The token money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders and token money of successful bidder will be adjusted in 75% of balance amount. 4) No token will be issued on the day of auction. 5) The interested parties can obtain the list of Dismantled material from the office of Deputy Director, E&M ? MaintenanceDivision Parliament House, CDA. 6) Successful bidder will have to submit 25% amount of bid on the spot in Cash. 7) Successful bidder have to submit Balance amount 75% of bid plus all government taxes within 07 days of bid approval date in shape of Pay Orders in favor Deputy Director, E&M?MaintenanceDivision Parliament House, CDA. 8) In case of failure in submitting of bid amount with in due date by the bidder, CDA reserve the right to confiscate the bid security amount. 9) Auctioned material should be lifted from the site within 07 days. After 07 days Rs.10,000/- per day, will be charged as Warehouse Charges. 10) CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. 11) Security clearance is mandatory. The security clearance shall be taken from Special Branch through Parliament House Authorities that should include security clearance of participant and representative etc;without security clearance the participants shall not be allowed to participate in the Auction. 12) The interested parties having security clearance can contact Deputy Director, E&M? MaintenanceDivision Parliament House, CDA for issuance of entry pass of the building. 13) In case of auction cannot completed on the scheduled day, it will be followed on the next working day.
