| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Environment Directorate (Regional) TENDER NOTICE CDA invites sealed tender on percentage basis from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category on the following date and time for the work mentioned below: Name of Work NIT Cost (In Rs.) Date & Time Receiving of Tenders Date & Time of Opening Purchase of Forest Fire Equipment for the Forest Fire Season-2025 at Forest Division, Environment Directorate (Regional), CDA Rs. 35,25,840/- Rs. 105,775 /- 10-04-2025 at 11:00 AM 10-04-2025 at 12:00 PM 2. Interested Firms/Contractors can download the bidding document from PPRA websites and E-PADs portal only no hard copy will be issued, after filling up the bidding document and upload the copy of the same bidding document and scanned copy of CDR on PPRA website & E-PADs portal and also submit the application along-with attested photocopies of all requisite documents along-with the original CDR during any working hours, on or before 09-04-2025 and time 03:30 P.M of receiving of tenders mentioned above in the office of Deputy Director (Forest), CDA F-9 Park, Islamabad. 3. Only firms/ contractors registered with PPRA and E-PADs portal as vendors are eligible to enter in the bidding documents. 4. Tender should be accompanied with Bid Security/ Earnest Money (refundable) amounting to Rs. 105,775/- in form of Pay Order/ CDRs in favor of D.D.O (Regional), CDA from any scheduled bank of Pakistan with the application. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director (Forest), CDA at F-9 Park, Islamabad. 5. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at (http://eprcure.gov.pk) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions defined in the bidding documents must be submitted along-with original CDR at the address mentioned below on 10-04-2025 at 11:00 A.M. 6. The Bids will be opened publically on 10-04-2025 at 12:00 P.M in the office of the Dy. D.G Environment-I, CDA at F-9 Park, Islamabad by the committee members and in the presence of the representative of Firms/bidders/contractors. 7. Tender Notice/ advertisement is also available on CDA and PPRA Website www.cda.gov.pk, www.cda.gov.pk and PPRA Websites www.ppra.org.pk. 8. Applications will be received along-with the bidding document on printed pad name/ address, signature of contractors with the following attested documents i.e. valid CNIC copy, NTN number, the power of attorney, partnership deed, proprietorship deed, valid professional Tax Certificate, renewed PEC license, attested copy of NTN certificate, Non Relationship certificate, Non- judicial stamp paper worth of Rs.50/- or above and registered proof with PPRA and E-PADs portal. 9. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and/ or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from bidding. 10. Tender rates on percentage basis shall be written in figure, without any cutting/overwriting and same shall also be in shown in words without cutting/ over writing. 11. The Authority may reject all the bids at any time prior to the acceptance as per PPRA rules. However, the authority shall upon request communicate to any contractor who submitted a bid, on the ground of its rejection of all bids, but not bound to justify those grounds. (Irfan Azim Khan) Dy.
