| Description | FG Post Graduate College for Women Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders on item rate basis from reputed firms duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above having experience for following work & supply. Name of supply & work: Installation of 40 KW( 20KW + 20KW) on grid at FGPGC Women Rawalpindi Tender Cost: Rs. 5000/- (Non-Refundable) Bid Security: 2% of the bid cost in the form of pay order or Bank Draft in favor of FG Post Graduate College for Women Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi Completion Period: Fifteen days (15) The tender document may be purchased by the interested eligible tenderers on submission of a written application along with certificate of registration of firm with PEC registration with Income Tax and GST Department with proof of active status, details of work completed during past three years and undertaking that the firm has no litigation with any department client. Single stage/ two envelopes bidding process will be adopted. \bidders who may fulfil and abide by the prescribed terms and conditions contained in the tendered document may submit their technical and financial bids as per format in separate envelopes. The envelope for technical bids will be opened first by the tendered committee in the presence of bidders or their nominated representative. The envelope for financial bids will be opened only of those firms whose bids founds technically responsive and those fulfilled the prescribed condition. Tenderers nay acquire the tender documents with detailed specification and terms & conditions from the office of the undersigned from 24-03-2025 to 07-04-2025 (Monday to Friday) during 9:00 am to 12:30pm. The tenders will be recieved in the office of Principal FG Post Graduate College for Women Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi on 08-04-2025 at 10:00 am and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders and tender committee. No tender will be issued on the day of opening of bids.
