| Description | TENDER NOTICE National Transmission & Dispatch Company (NTDC) invites sealed bids from well reputed Firms/Dealers/Suppliers duly registered with Sales Tax/ Tax Department for Supply and Installation of Air Conditioners (Detail Specifications mentioned below) at 220KV Grid Station NTDC, Khanewal Road Vehari: - Sr. No. Description/Specifications Quantity Location 1. Supply and Installation of 4 Ton Floor Standing Air Conditioners, Remote Control, Non-Inverter, 48,000 BTU/h minimum, Minimum Noise Level Make: ACSON/DAIKIN/MITSUBISHI Or Equivalent 02 No Control Room 2. 02 No Relay Room TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The Sealed/Tender/Bids should reach in the office of Senior Engineer 220KV Grid Station NTDC Vehari on or before 8th April, 2025 upto 11:00 hrs, by post or by hand, along with the copy of the Firm registration and tender documents. 2. The Tender documents having amount 1000 rupees (non-refundable) can be received from the office of the undersigned during working days upto 7th April, 2025 before 11:00 hrs 3. The Tenders will be opened on 8th April, 2025 at 12:00 hrs. 4. The tender received after due date and time or incomplete will not be considered for the purpose. 5. The tender will be opened in the office of the undersigned on the mentioned date and time. 6. The tender should be enclosed in a sealed cover with the name of the works written on the top of the envelop. 7. The Firms/Dealers/Suppliers should quote the rate per unit, both in figures and words, without cuttings/over writings. 8. All the taxes etc. shall be deducted from the bill of the firms/Dealers /Suppliers at prescribed rates notified by the WAPDA/NTDC from time to time. 9. All the tenders/Officers must carry a Bank Draft at @2% of the bidding cost in shape of the CDR in the name of SENIOR ENGINEER 220KV GRID STATION NTDC, VEHARI. The Bank Draft in original should be attached with the application and enclosed in envelop with tender documents. 10. Any other information can be obtained from the office of undersigned on any working day during the office hours before submission of Tender as per address and contact described below. 11.
