Two Envelope basis as per PPRA Rule 36(b) from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-5, or above with Project Code EE-07, EE-08, EE-09, for the year 2024-25 who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project. The prospective bidders are required to provide the Bid Security / Earnest Money in the shape of Deposit at Call (CDR)generated from firm?s accountclearly indicating the Name of Firm issued by local scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director, E&M Aiwan e Sadr, CDA in his office before the closing hours on 07-04-2025. (Bids of firms who have not provided bid security in original will be marked as non-responsive). 2. The prospective bidders are also required to submit an undertaking on Stamp Paper duly attested by notary public worth not less than Rs.100/, that the firm / contractor are neither involved in any litigation nor black listed by any government, semi government or autonomous body in Pakistan and also undertakes that if any information or document provided by firm for issuance of tender document is found incorrect or fictitious the firm is liable for disqualification and legal action under the law. (Bids of firms who have not provided the undertaking along with bid security in original will be marked as non-responsive). 3. The Financial bid will be opened of those firms who will qualifyin Technical bid criteria. No financial bid will be opened of disqualified firms. 4. The prospective bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through E-PADS at http;//eprocure.gov.pkby uploading readable PDF file before closing date & time in accordance with the provisions of Rule 36(b)(single stage two envelope bidding procedure)of Public Procurement Rules 2004(No hard / manual bids are acceptable). 5. Detailed bidding document containing bidding data, terms & conditions, BOQ and technical evaluation criteria are available on EPADS at http;//eprocure.gov.pk. 6. Tenders will be opened on EPAD system in the office of Director E&M (Maint) Aiwan e Sadr Islamabad on schedule date and timein the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives who may choose to be present as PPRA Rules. 7. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal and conditional bids will also be rejected on the spot as per PPRA Rules. 8. The Bid Security / Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be retained / deposited in CDA bank account and released in the favor of firm?s account only after acceptance of bid. 9. Tender Notice can be seen & downloaded on both CDA website www.cda.gov.pk and PPRA website www.ppra.com.pk, whereas, tender document can be downloaded from on EPADS at http;//eprocure.gov.pk.
