Offered building should preferably be located at accessible and in general vicinity of above-mentioned location and not in residential area. 2. Offered building should be at Ground Floor having independent entrance and adequate space for parking. 3. All other requirements are detailed in Tender Documents. 4. Interested parties / owners can collect the bidding documents from below mentioned address during working hours (except gazetted holidays) from the date of publication to 25 Mar, 2025 before 11:00 hours. The bids / proposals should be submitted duly completed in all respect by 25 Mar, 2025 before 11:30 hours (under Single Stage ? Two Envelope bidding procedure).
