| Description | EDB/Admin/2025 Dated: 12.03.2025 TENDER NOTICE Sealed bids are invited from well-established firms for the supply of Stationery/ miscellaneous items, HP & Photocopier Toners for the financial year 2024-2025. List of Stationery/ miscellaneous items, HP & Photocopier Toners can be obtained from the undersigned during office hours (0900 hrs to 1500 hrs) TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ? Firms should be on Active Taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR for both income Tax & sales tax document to this submitted along with bid. ? Affidavits on stamp paper regarding non-involvement of the company in any arbitration/ litigation with any government department/ agency nor black list by PPRA. ? All venders/ suppliers are requested to please quote rate as per list given by EDB. ? Interested parties are required to submit their bid along with 2% of the total tender value as earnest money in the shape of pay order/ bank draft in favor of EDB. Bids without/short in earnest money will be rejected. ? Only typed Quotation will be accepted. Quotation with over-writing or corrections with white fluid will not be accepted. ? Firm fulfilling the above terms and conditions may send their quotations in sealed envelope by 07.04.2025 up to 1100 hours. The quotation will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day, at EDB,s Office in the conference room of EDB in the presence of the bidders who choose to be present. ? Engineering Development Board (EDB)has the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rule No. 33 (1,2,3).
