Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PADS. 2. Only firms/Contractor registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible. 3. Tender should be accompanied Bid Security /Earnest Money (refundable) in the form of CDRs in favor of Deputy Director (Distribution Division (North) CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original CDR along with the application for each works separately must reached to the office of the under signed before dated 21-03-2025 for secrutny. 4. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before opening date Original bids in accordance with the provision of Rule 36(a) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions on or before work S/No 1 to 7 on 26-03-2025 & S/No 8 to 15 on 27-03-2025 11:30 AM 5. The Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session in the office of the Director (Water Supply) Room No.16, CDA Old Naval Headquarter Building, G-6, Islamabad. 6. In case the total bid amount is less then 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount .That is required performance security = NIT amount ?total bid amount -10% of NIT amount .This call deposit shall be addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids, not carrying the performance security shall be rejected, The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 7. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and /or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 8. The eligblity criteria of the firms with the relevent experience i.e atleast three number of work orders in last two financial years may be upload with the bid. 9. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 10.
