OPEN AUCTION NOTICE.
General public is hereby informed through this notice that open auction of Paper Mulberry trees will be held in the office of Director Environment (West) at F-9 Park. Details are as under;-

02. Main Terms & Conditions:
The successful bidder shall deposit 1/4th (25 % ) of the total amount at the spot and the remaining amount will be paid by successful bidder in advance for volume of wood in each Sector.
Income tax of 11 % of the total amount has to be deposited by successful bidder.
The authorized officer shall have the power to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
Cutting and transportation of wood must be carried out after sunrise and before sunset.
Wood quantity will be announced at the time of auction in the presence of participants.
The successful bidder will deposit 05 % of total bid amount as security deposit (Refundable after completion of work and clearance certificate of site incharge).
The contractor is responsible to recover the loss and indemnify CDA in case of any damage during the cutting of the wood.
The contractor will cut only the marked trees of paper mulberry species in case of any illicit/ illegal cutting, if found at site all the security deposit will be forfeited
The defaulters/absconders of previous auction are disqualified for this auction.
In the main felling areas along the roads, streams/Nullahs incidental spaces otherwise required by the concerned Officer, the Purchaser shall uproot the sold trees or muddies and refill the pits so formed. The department shall approve hammer marks after felling that they are intact, clear and recognizable on the stools and shall see that these are not tempered with throughout the currency of the contract. He shall fell the said trees in such a manner as to cause as little damage as possible to the surroundings forest growth and shall abide by the instructions given to that effect by the concerned Officer in writing duly acknowledged by the purchaser.
Authority reserve the right to accept or reject the bid without any reason
03. Detail of trees for auction can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours. Trees can be checked on spot during working hours.
