| Description | Invitation to Bid Procurement of Postal/Courier Services The Higher Education Commission (HEC) intends to procure services of a Company/ Firm for Postal/Courier Services. Sealed bids are invited from well-established/reputed and experienced parties having registration with NTN, General Sales Tax (GST), Income Tax Department and Active Tax Payer status of Federal Board of Revenue. They should also have adequate infrastructure and suitable arrangements in all cities of the country, as well as abroad. Interested Company/Firm may collect Tender Documents from R&I Section of HEC during working hours (0800 to 1400) on deposit of Rs.500/-(non-refundable) as Tender Documents fee in HEC Account No. 17427900133401, Habib Bank, SRC Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad. The tender is being executed under PPRA Rule 36(a). Bid Security amounting to Rs. 200,000/- in shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of Director Accounts must be accompanied with the bid. The bids must reach R&I Section, HEC, H-9, Islamabad by 1330 hours on March 25, 2025 and will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours at Auditorium Block, HEC, Sector-H-9, Islamabad. It is also mandatory to upload the bid on PPRA E-Procurement website: EPADS. HEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under PPRA Rules, 2004.
