WOODEN PACKING MATERIAL National Transmission & Despatch Company invites sealed bids for the disposal of under mentioned Unserviceable material i.e. Wooden Scrap/ Packing Material lying at CASA-1000 Converter Station Site Aza Khel Bala, Nowshera O/o Project Director (PIU) CASA-1000 Power Project on the basis of ?AS IS WHERE IS?. SR No. Description Quantity (Nos) 03 Wooden Packing Material Lot Terms & Conditions: 1. Wooden Scrap/ Packing Material can be Physically Examined up to 25.03.2025 during working hours at CASA-1000 Converter Station Site Azakhel Bala Nowshera (Contact: Mr. Sulaiman Cell No. 0346-6534918). 2. Tender documents/ Bid Forms can be purchased at the cost of Rs: 3,000/- (Non-refundable) up to 25.03.2025 during working from the office of Dy. Manager (Converter Station) CASA-1000 Converter Station Site Azakhel Bala Nowshera. Bid Security/ CDR equal to 10% of bid amount in the favor of Project Director (PIU) CASA-1000 Power Project must be accompanied with bid. No bid will be accepted without bid security. 3. Tenders/ Bids will be received up to 25.03.2025 (11:00 Hrs.) and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs. in the office of Dy. Manager (Converter Station) CASA-1000 Converter Station Site Azakhel Bala Nowshera. 4. Tenders with any cutting/ overwriting and ambiguity will be rejected. 5. All the rights to cancel/alter the schedule of auction are reserved. 6. Applicable General sales tax and any other taxes including income tax will not be included in the bid price and these will be paid separately by the purchaser on the total bid cost. 7. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subject to the approval of competent Authority. 8. The auctioned material (Wooden Scrap/ Packing Material) will have to be collected by the successful bidder purely on the basis of ?AS IS WHERE IS?. 9. Quantities as stated in the lists of description are approximate. The wooden packing material is sold at the site on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the Lot (s) they are bidding for. No complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained. 10. After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 21 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and CDR amount will be forfeited. 11. The bidder shall follow the instructions issued by the officer in-charge strictly. 12. Only one representative of the company/firm will be allowed to participate in opening of the bid. 13.
