| Description | INVITATION FOR BIDS TENDER NOTICE NO. DM/KSK/T-01/2025 NAME OF WORK: DISPOSAL OF 220/132 KV 160MVA AUTO TRANSFORMER(MAKE: SHENYANG) 1. National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) is responsible for development and control of power transmission system in the country invites sealed bids on the basis of National Competitive Bidding from eligible firms registered with income tax and Provincial Sales tax departments and who are on Active Tax payers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for the disposal of 220/132 kV, 160MVA Auto Transformer (make: Shenyang) on ?As is Where is? basis: - 2. Bidding Documents containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before one day of opening at the following address during office hours (08:30 am to 16:30 pm) upon submission of written request on company?s letterhead. Price of the bidding documents is PKR 3,000 (Pak Rupees Three Thousand Only) non-Refundable in the favor of Deputy Manager 220KV Grid Station NTDC Kala Shah Kaku. 3. The bids (inclusive of all taxes) must be accompanied by an Earnest Money in an amount not less than 10% of the Total Bid price in the form of CDR or pay Order from a bank in Pakistan in favor of Deputy Manager 220KV Grid Station NTDC Kala Shah Kaku. 4. Income Tax certificate & return filed with the Income Tax Department for the last financial year (online verifiable from the website of the concerned department) should be accompanied with the bidding documents. 5. Rates offered in the bids should remain valid for a minimum period of 180 calendar days from the opening date of the bids. 6. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must reach at the given address on or before 27.03.2025 12:00 hours PST. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours PST. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk 7. C.D.Rs accompanied with the bids of 2nd and 3rd highest bidders will be retained with the Office of the Deputy Manager 220kV Grid Station Kala Shah Kaku till the successful deposal of the material, so that they may be called upon in case of failure of the highest bidder. 8. The transformer can be inspected at 220kV Grid Station NTDC Kala Shah Kaku up to 28.03.2025 during working hours from Monday to Friday except holidays. 9. The successful bidder will have to lift the transformer within given time schedule from the above mentioned place 100% with his own resources. 10.
