| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Procurement & Contracts Agreement-II PROPOSALS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS /CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROJECT?CONSTRUCTION OF NATIONAL POLICE HOSPITAL, H-11, ISLAMABAD? 1. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-application from the Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-1 or above and in code of specialization as CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, ME-01 & ME-03 either individual or as JV for the subject project including infra-structural developmental, electrical/mechanical machineries and equipment required for hospital buildings of international standards. 2. Electronic pre-qualification document, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. 3. The electronic proposal, prepared in accordance with instructions in the pre-qualification documents must be submitted through EPADS on or before 08 April 2025 at 11:30 AM. Electronic proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM on www.eprocure.gov.pk. 4. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. 5. Further information regarding the project may be obtained from the Deputy Director Works-I(Cell No. +92300-5303631) on any working day (during office hours i.e. 8:30 am PST till 4:30 pm PST). Only the short listed/pre-qualified firms/contractors will subsequently be invited to submit tender/bid for the above-mentioned project. In case of in complete information or concealment of fact, the application will result into disqualification of the firm/contractor. 6.
