| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (Enforcement Directorate TENDER NOTICE Sealed bids are invited on Single Stage One Envelop procedure on percentage basis from interested firms having experience in supply of tyres of reputed brand as per detailed below:- S. No Name of Work 1. Purchase of 02 Nos fresh tubeless Tyres with Rings for Wheel Dozer ? Size L-5 (20-5R-25) of reputed brand Manufacturing 2024-25 Estimated Cost (Rs) 1,600,000/- Earnest Money (Rs) 48,000/- Date/Time for Receiving of Tender 11.03.2025 (Tuesday) at 11.00 (A.M) Date/Time for Opening of Tender 11.03.2025 (Tuesday) at 11.30 (A.M) 1. Tender form/ documents can be purchased on cash payment of Rs. 5000/- (Non-refundable) for the work mentioned above from the office of Director Enforcement (West-II), CDA Chairman Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad up to 10.03.2025. No tender will be sold on the opening day of tender. 2. Earnest money @ 3% of Bid Value in shape of Deposit at Call in favour of DDO (Enforcement) must be accompanied with the tender. No tender will be acceptable without Deposit at Call. 3. The contractor shall submit all the required documents as per provision of the NIT/Tender documents along with their tender, without which tender will be liable for rejection. 4. The authority (CDA) may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to acceptance of the bid or proposal. The authority (CDA) shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submit a bid or proposal, the ground for its rejection of all bids or proposal but is not required to justify those grounds. 5. Tenders will be received and opened by the Director Enforcement (West-II), CDA at R # 14, Block No. IV, Chairman Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad on the date & time mentioned above. 6. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below of NIT amount the bidder shall submit Call Deposit as performance security equal to the difference between performance security = NIT amount-total bid amount-10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the performance security shall be rejected. The Performance Security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 7.
