| Description | INVITATION FOR BIDS Date: 21/ 02 / 2025 Bid Reference No: XEN S&I-EHV-II-01-2025 1. National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) ?the Employer?, intends to get the Works done for Tender No. XEN S&I-EHV-II-01-2025 through NTDC own resources. The Scope of works includes the following: FOR SUB SOIL INVESTIGATION FOR EXTENSION WORK OF 220KV GRID STATION DAHARKI 2. The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the above scope of Works. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with PEC Single Stage- Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure. 3. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before March 09th, 2025 at the following address during office hours (07:30 am to 03:30 pm). A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested Bidder on submission of a written application to the above office upon payment of a non?refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) from the date of publication of IFB. The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Executive Engineer S&I Division (EHV-II) NTDC Rahim Yar Khan. 5. The bidder or its JV partner should have experience in execution of at least one (01) project of similar complexity in subsoil investigation using modern techniques, tools and plants for taking soil samples, transportation and testing in the approved laboratory within the last ten (10) years. 6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. 7. The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be delivered to the above office on or before March 10th, 2025 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day, in the presence of Bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 8.
