| Description | 1. The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on Single Stage - Single Envelop basis from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above in relevant categories & code, for the year 2024-25. The Capital Development Authority invites bids, from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in respective project code valid for the year 2024-2025 who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the bidding Document for the above mentioned works. The prospective Bidder must own and operate a Specialized electrical and Mechanical Workshop, Rawalpindi / Islamabad ,twin city capable of executing rate running contracts throughout the year. 3. The Bidding shall be conducted in line with the Rule 36(a) Single-Stage Envelope procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004, E-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023 and is open to all potential bidders registered in the?E-PADS Acquisition & Disposal System EPADS). 4. Financial Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security duly generated from firm?s own account should be in the form of Pay Order / CDR?S in favor of Deputy Director production II. 5. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and submitted the original Bid Security / CDR?s along with documented avoidance ownership of workshop ,PEC, NTN etc. before 12:00 (Noon) two working days(07-03-2025) before opening of Tender. 6. Work related information may be sought from the office of Deputy Director Production Division-II, CDA at Room # 160, 1st Floor, Old Naval HQ, G-6 Markaz Islamabad. 7. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the performance security shall be rejected. 8. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on or before EPAD date and time i.e. 10-03-2025. Manual Bid will not be entertained. 9. The electronic financial Bids will be opened by using EPADS publicly on the same day at 12:00 (Noon) in the presence of the Procurement Committee & Bidders / authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director (Water Supply), CDA. at Room # 16,1st Floor, Old Naval HQ, G-6 Markaz Islamabad. 10. The bids will not be pointed by using E-PAD publically on the same day at 12:00(Noon) in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders/authorized representative must present General/special power of Attorney attested through respective court, who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director (Water Supply) WMW,CDA. 11. That the attorney holder should not be the employee of any government/semi government institutes. 12. Forms who provide an undertaking on Stamp Paper worth not less Rs.500/- and above, that the firm / contractor are neither involve in any information or document provided by the firm is found incorrect or fictitious, the firm take for legal action under the law. Without the undertaking tender will be marked as Non-Responsive. 13. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules 2004, without assigning any reason. 14.
