| Description | 1. The procuring agency invites sealed bids from Firms, companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for ?Design & Development of of 10 Acres GreenAI Smart Farm on Turnkey Basis? as specified in Request for Proposal document. Bidders may form Joint Ventures or Consortiums, with a lead company submitting the proposal, ensuring clear role definitions, accountability, and a legally binding agreement outlining responsibilities, financial commitments, and execution methodology. 2. A complete set of bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions are available for the interested bidders at Project Management Unit (PMU), Project GreenAI NASTP, Alpha 03, Old Airport Road, Rawalpindi (if required). Price of bidding documents is Rs. 1000/-. To discuss the RFP, a Pre-bid meeting would be held at the above-stated address at 1130 hrs on 26 February, 2025. All Prequalified firms are requested to attend the pre-bid meeting. No TA/DA would be admissible. 3. Bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding document must reach at following address on or before 10 March, 2025 at 1330hrs. Bids will be opened on same day 10 March, 2025 at 1400hrs in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. |
