| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Water & Sewerage R/A Zone Division INVITATION FOR BIDS 1. The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on Single Stage ? Single Envelop basis from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above in relevant categories & code, for the year 2024-25. Who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the work:- S.No Name of work NIT Cost Earnest Money Date and Time of opening of Tender 1. Providing and Laying Sanitary Sewerage System in sector I-16/4 (VR-05), Islamabad Rs.3,661,540/- Rs.109,846/- 05-03-2025 At 12:00 Noon 2. The Bidding shall be conducted in line with the Rule 36(a) Single-Stage Envelope procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004, E-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023 and is open to all potential bidders registered in the ?E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System EPADS). 3. Financial Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security duly generated from firm?s own account should be in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of Deputy Director W&S (R/A) Zone Division, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and submitted original Bid Security / CDR before 12:00 (Noon) same day before opening of Tender. 4. Work related information may be sought from the office of Deputy Director W&S (R/A) Zone Division, CDA at Room # 137, 1st Floor, Old Naval HQ, G-6 Markaz Islamabad. 5. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the performance security shall be rejected. The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 6. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on or before EPAD date and time i.e. 05-03-2025. Manual Bid will not be entertained. 7. The electronic financial Bids will be opened by using EPADS publicly on the same day at 12:00 (Noon) in the presence of the Procurement Committee & Bidders / authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Deputy Director W&S (R/A) Zone Division, CDA at Room # 137, 1st Floor, Old Naval HQ, G-6 Markaz Islamabad. 8. Forms who provide an undertaking on Stamp Paper worth not less Rs.500/- and above, that the firm / contractor are neither involve in any information or document provided by the firm is found incorrect or fictitious, the firm take for legal action under the law. Without the undertaking tender will be marked as Non-Responsive. 9. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules 2004, without assigning any reason. 10.
