The Performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 5. The Attorney holder may not be the employee of any Government / Semi Government Department. 6. Bid security of all bidders will be deposited in the CDA Account and same will be returned after acceptance of the lowest bid. 7. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their bids online through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ before opening date. 8. The Tender Document shall be issued to only those forms having security clearness from Aiwan E Sadr Authority. 9. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules. 10.
