| Description | NTDC PD (EHV-I) LAHORE AUCTION NOTICE NO 02/2025 Open Public auction for the disposal of under mentioned material on ?AS IS? ?WHERE IS? basis will be held on the date, timing and location as given below:- Auction No. 02/2025 Time & Date: 11:30AM 28.02.2025 Description of Material/Lots: Lot-I: (Location # 1) Unserviceable/Scrap Tower Material (500kV Single Circuit Tower Type SGM Basic Body) Lot-II: (Location # 2) Unserviceable/Scrap Tower Material (500kV Single Circuit Tower Type SML Basic Body) Lot-III: (Location # 3) Unserviceable/Scrap Tower Material (500kV Single Circuit Tower Type SGM/SML Basic Body, Leg Extension & Body Extension) Lot-IV: (Location # 4) Unserviceable/Scrap Tower Material (500kV Single Circuit Tower Type DGM/SA Basic Body, Leg Extension & Body Extension) Lot-V: (Location # 5) Unserviceable/Scrap Tower Material (500/220kV Tower Type EG, SML, TGM, TGP, S-1, AGM Leg Extension & Body Extension) Lot-VI: (Location # 6) Unserviceable/Scrap Tower Material (500kV Single Circuit Tower Type AGM Basic Body) Location of Store & Place of Auction: EHV Site Store Near 132kV Grid Station FESCO Sandheelian Wali Road Pir Mahal Terms & Conditions: 1. For each Lot, every auctioneer intending to participate in the auction proceedings will have to deposit a lumpsum refundable security of Rs. 1,000,000/-(Rupees One Million only) in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft drawn on Company Account in favour of Project Director (EHV) NTDC Lahore before the start of auction process which will be adjusted in the 25% earnest money in case of successful auctioneer and returned to the unsuccessful auctioneers on the same day except the auctioneers placed at 2nd and 3rd number in the auction process. The CDRs of the 2nd and 3rd number auctioneer will be retained deposit of balance 75% by the successful auctioneer. 2. For each Lot, the successful auctioneer shall pay balance of the (25% of Offered Bid amount-1,000,000/- deposited as CDR) in cash of total bid amount on the spot as earnest money and balance amount i.e. 75% along with all the taxes will be deposited within two (02) weeks from the date of acceptance of the bid accordingly. 3. For each Lot, in case of failure of deposit of all the balance amount along with all applicable taxes within due date by the successful auctioneer, the sale of store material in the name of successful auctioneer will stand cancelled and deposited 25% earnest money shall be forfeited. In this case, the sale of store material will be offered to the next highest bidder as per procedure/rules. 4. All the rights to cancel/alter the schedule of auction are reserved. Applicable General Sales Tax, if any, and any other taxes including income tax will not be included in the bid price and these will be paid separately by the purchaser on the total bid cost. 5.
