| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY INVITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION FIRMS Applications for pre-qualification for following projects in Islamabad are invited from the experienced and well-reputed Construction firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate for the year 2024 -2025 in relevant category & code as mentioned in pre-qualification documents. The firm must also be registered in the ?e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS)?. i) Construction of Hospital building, Kitchen, Overhead & Underground water tanks inclusive of E&M works at Model Prison H-16, Islamabad. ii) Construction of 02 Nos Barracks ,24 Nos Sentry Posts (Balance works) and construction of additional 10 Nos Sentry posts at Model Prison, H-16, Islamabad. iii) Revamping/Renovation of Police stations located at I-9, I-11 (Sabzi mandi), F-8 (Margalla), G-9 (Karachi company), Secretariat & G-11 (Ramna). iv) Renovation/Revamping of Lobby including main reception, Day Care, HR & construction of prefabricated gym on 5th floor at Election Commission Secretariat, Islamabad 2. The interested construction firms may collect the pre-qualification documents (comprising of instructions for preparation and submission of the pre-qualification documents, list of documentary evidence required by a contractor to demonstrate their respective qualification, evaluation criteria and other relevant information required etc.) from the office of Deputy Director-(Works division-II), RoomNo.22, Old Naval Head quarter after 18-02-2025 on any working day on cash payment of Rs.10,000/-for each work (Rupees Ten thousand only for each work) non-refundable. 3. The CDA reserves the rights of acceptance or rejection of pre-qualification any or all firms / contractors due to their reputation/previous experience of work with Authority or who so ever fails to fulfill the pre-qualification criteria given in pre-qualification documents at its sole discretion. The CDA may disqualify the construction firms at any stage in case the information submitted by the firms were false, incorrect or incomplete. CDA can also take penal action against the firms / contractors or debar the firms / contractors for future works. 4. The pre-qualification documents along with requisite information should reach the office of Deputy Director-(Works division-II), RoomNo.22, Old Naval Head quarter on or before 28-02-2025 during office hours. The envelopes should be clearly marked with ?Pre-qualification of firms for each project.
