| Description | REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Procurement of Consultancy Services for study of Evaluation and Estimation of T&T (Transmission & Transformation) Losses of NTDC Network. 1.National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA invites sealed proposals to engage consultant to carry out ?STUDY FOR EVALUATION AND ESTIMATION OF T&T (TRANSMISSION & TRANSFORMATION) LOSSES OF NTDC NETWORK? The procurement process will be Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) and firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in this RFP. 2.RFP Documents containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at the following address given below, during office hours: Chief Engineer (Material Procurement and Management), NTDC 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by courier service for an additional fee of Rs. 1000/-. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery in such case. RFP Document can also be downloaded from NTDC Website i.e. www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost for review. However, Purchase of RFP Document is compulsory for participation. 4. The proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP document, must reach at above address on or before 20th February 2025 at 11:00 AM PST. Technical Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST.
