| Description | CAPITALDEVELOPMENTAUTHORITY (Nursery Division) INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR The Capital Development Authority invites sealed bids from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above with project Codes CE-10, for the year 2024-25 who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project. S # NAME OF WORK NIT COST EARNEST MONEY (3%) 1 Procurement Of Propagation Material and Subsequent Filing For Production of Plant Rs. 46,175,000/- Rs. 1,385,250/- 1. Interested firms / contractors can purchased the bidding documents from the office of Dy. Director Nursery Division, 9thAvenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabadupon submission of application along with pay order amounting to Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) non-refundable being cost of the Bidding Documents during working hours on or beforegiven date 05.02.2025and time12:30PM. No application will be entertained for issuing of tender documents on the last date & time mentioned in above. 2. Only firms/ contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to purchase bidding documents. 3. Tender should be accompanied with Bid Security/ Earnest Money (refundable) amounting toRs. 1,385,250/- in the form of Pay order/ CDRs in favor of D.D.O (East), Environment Wing, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Director Environment (East), CDA at 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad. 4. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk) of Public Procurement Rules- 2004 and terms & conditions defined in the bidding documents must be submitted at the address mentioned below on 07.02.2025 at 11:30 AM. 5. The Bids will be opened publicly on 07.02.2025 at 12:00 PM in the office of Director Environment (East), CDA at 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad. 6. The eligibility criteria of the firms with the relevant experience and Similar Nature of work executed / performed i.e. at least three numbers of works done in last two financial years may be observed / full filled. 7. Application for issuing of tender documents submitted on printed pad bearing name / address / signature of contractor along-with power of attorney, partnership deed, and proprietorship deed, valid professional Tax Certificate, renewal PEC license, attested copy of NTN certificate, attested copy of CNIC and Registered proof with PPRA on E-PADS. 8. No tender will be issued without showing all documents in ?ORIGINAL?. 9. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and/ or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 10. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 2004. 11. The Advertisement is also available on CDA and PPRA?s websites. 12. That deposit at call / Earnest Money should be generated only from Firm?s accounts. 13. Authority letter (original letter head of firm) in favour of the person deputed by the contractor to submit the application and collect the tender from along with CNIC (original) is to be provided.
