Bid Security / Earnest Money shall also be accompanied with the request in the shape of Deposit at Call (CDR) clearly indicating the Name of Firm issued by local scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director, Electrical Division-II, CDA and should be generated only from firm?s account. Cash / Cheque or open CDR without indicating name of firm will not be accepted and original CDR/relevant document must be submitted in the office of Deputy Director Electrical Division-II, Shop No.07, Bazar No.08, Street No.57, Sector G-6/4, and Islamabad. Before three days for opening tender without Bid Security / Earnest Money tender will be not opened for E.PADS. The prospective bidders shall also upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS. 2. Tenders will be opened in the office of of Deputy Director Electrical Division-II, Shop No.07, Bazar No.08, Street No.57, Sector G-6/4, Islamabad on schedule date and time. 3. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http;//eprocure.gov.pk before opening date & time. 4. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall enclosed call deposit (CDR) in original with bidding documents as Performance Security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount. That is, required Performance Security = NIT Amount (-) total bid amount (-) 10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the bid security / earnest money for the work. Bids having rates below the 10% of NIT cost not carrying the call deposit (CDR) shall be rejected and Performance Security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 5. The prospective bidders are also required to submit an undertaking on Stamp Paper duly attested by notary public worth not less than Rs.50/, that the firm / contractor are neither involved in any litigation nor black listed by any government, semi government or autonomous body in Pakistan and also undertakes that if any information or document provided by firm for issuance of tender document is found incorrect or fictitious the firm is liable for disqualification and legal action under the law. Without the undertaking tender will not be issued to firm 6. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal and conditional bids will also be rejected at the spot without as per PPRA Rules. 7. The Bid Security / Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be retained / deposited in CDA bank account and released in the favor of firm?s account only after acceptance of bid. 8. Tender Notice can be seen & downloaded on both CDA website www.cda.gov.pk and PPRA website www.ppra.com.pk, whereas, tender Notice can be downloaded from CDA?s website www.cda.gov.pk.
