| Description | NATIONAL TRANSMISSION AND DESPATCH COMPANY NOTICE FOR INVITING TENDER TENDER NO. XEN-CIVIL-EHV-I-ISD-01-2024-25 National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) is a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA. Tenders in Sealed cover are invited from the firms who are registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) & Punjab Revenue Board for the following civil works. Name of Work:Construction of rain water drain at 500KV Grid Station Chakwal Bid Security :Rs.200,000/- PEC Category:C6 or above (CE-09) Tender Fee (Rs):3000 (Non-Refundable) 1.The bidding documents could be purchased on request up to office hours till 28.01.2025 from the office of the undersigned. 2.The tenders shall be received on 29.01.2025 up to 11:00 hours and shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the office of undersigned in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, who wish to be present. 3.In case, the date of opening declared as a public holiday by the Government, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tenders at the same time. 4.Bid Security in the shape of CDR, issued from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Project Director EHV-I NTDC, Islamabad, is required to be submitted with the bid. 5.Eligibility conditions for issuance of tender are as under: a.Firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category having renewed/valid license (In original) along with attested copy of PEC registration certificate. b.Firm registered with Income Tax and are on active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Board and submitted FBR Returns filed with the Income Tax Department for the Financial Year 2024-25. c.Affidavit in original must be submitted on Rs. 50 Non-Judicial paper that the firm has not been black listed by any Govt./Semi Govt. organization & not involved in any litigation. d.Tenders will be issued only to the proprietor of the firm or his legally authorized representative on Rs.50 non-judicial paper for the respective works with original CNIC. e.One person will only represent one firm/company and will not be entitle to issue tenders for more than one firm/company nor offer bid for more than one firm/company. f.Documentary evidence of two similar nature of works successfully executed along with completion certificate must be accompanied for work. g.10% Performance Security in the shape of Unconditional Bank Guarantee only should be submitted by successful contractor. h.All duties & taxes of Federal Govt. & Provincial Govt. (such as sale tax on services etc) will be applicable as per law. i.Unsealed/Improper Sealed/Incomplete/conditional Bids/Rates offered will be rejected straight away. j.The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject the tender as per PPRA rule.
