| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (Staff Welfare Committee) INVITATION FORBIDS FROM OIL MARKETING COMPANIES FOR RENTING OUT SITE OF PETROL PUMP AT MARKET ROAD, SECTOR F-6/1, ISLAMABAD. 1) Staff Welfare Committee (SWC) of Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids from Oilmarketing Companies registered with PPRA on e-PADSto rent out a Petrol Pumpsite measuring 90x150 (1500 sq yds) located at Market Road Sector F-6/1 Islamabad for a period of 10 years, extendable for a period of further 10 years. The rent will be increased by 10% on yearly basis. The successful bidder shall develop the site at its own cost. Upon the expiry of rental period, the complete site along with all buildings, equipment and installations etc will become the property of Staff Welfare Committee (SWC) and will be handed over to SWC in running condition on the following terms & conditions: - 2) The oil companieswhich are tax defaulters / bank defaulters or CDA defaulters are not entitled to apply. 3) Bids must be accompanied with a pay order, in favour of "Staff Welfare Committee CDA", for an amount equal to 10% of the offered bid as earnest money. No bid will be entertained without 10% earnest money. The earnest money of highest bidder shall be retained and the remaining bidders mayget their earnest money released within 07 days of the opening of the sealed bids. Ex-lessee OMC may also participate and right of first refusal will be available to them, subject to clearance of all arrears/ dues and subject to requirements prescribed in para-2 above. 4) The successful bidder shall pay an advance rent for one year and shall also deposit security amount equal to three monthsrent in the shape of Pay Order in favour of "Staff Welfare Committee, CDA within 30 days of acceptance of Bid, failing which, the earnest money will be forfeited and the Bid shall stand cancelled with immediate effect without any notice. 5) Successful bidder will have to pay all applicable taxes / allied charges / dues etc. of the Government / CDA. 6) Sealed bid may be submitted to the undersigned by 12:30 pm on 30th January 2025.The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 pm in the presence of those who wish to attend. 7) The SWC reserves the right to reject the bids without assigning any reasons thereof. 8) The detailed terms &condition can be obtained from CDA office given below / CDA website.
