| Description | NTDC TENDER NOTICE NO. 02-2024-25. Sealed tenders are invited on ?Item Rate Basis? from PEC registered contractors. Tender will be issued to those contractors who will produce original or attested copies of the followings. 1. Bidders are required to be registered with PEC as valid original registration certificate in Category C-4 or above for the current year 2024-25 and having specification code CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, BC-01, EE-01, EE-02,EE-03 & EE-04. 2. Company profile. 3. Appointment letter of Engineer working with the firm as required by P.E.C laws. 4. The list/detail of technical and supervisory staff along with attested copies of Degree/Diploma. 5. Tender will be issued only to the owner of the firms or the person holding authority letter on judicial paper for the respective work, the copy of CNIC of company owner and authority holder must be obtained. 6. C.D.R amounting to Rs.850,000/-,1,000,000/-, 400,000/- & 170,000/- for the works mentioned below at serial No.1,2&3 in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted at the time of purchase of tender in the name of ?M/s Chief Engineer A/c 22117900631501 HBL FBISE Islamabad.? 7. At least two (02) similar nature works valuing not less than estimated cost completed during last five (05) years. The contractor will have to provide the copy of work order and satisfactory completion certificate within schedule time otherwise no consideration will be given. 8. Bank Statement of at least 03 financial years showing average annual cash flow of at least 10 million rupees. 9. 10% performance guarantee in the shape of bank guarantee only will be accepted from successful bidder before the award of work. 10. All prevailing federal and provincial government taxes will be applicable. Firm should have registration with tax authorities and have to be active tax payer. 11. No litigation/ No black listing certificate on judicial stamp paper duly attested by 1st class magistrate officer.
