TENDER/BIDDING NOTICE CORRIGENDUM Bids under rule 36 (B) of PPRA rules 2004 i.e Single Stage Two Envelope are invited through EPADS system of PPRA from the registered firms having complete set up in Islamabad with reasonable experience, for renovation, extension and provision/supply of catering services for operation of canteen/cafeteria located at CDA, G-7/4, Islamabad. Terms & conditions for participation in tender/bidding can be obtained from the office of undersigned during office hours and are also available on official website of Capital Development Authority (www.cda.gov.pk) and PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. The prospective bidder is also required to submit his bid online on EPADS at (http://eprocure.gov.pk) as per PPRA rules and terms and conditions defined in the bidding document must be submitted on or before 23-01-2025 at 12:00 pm. Pre-Bid meeting with potential bidders for clarification will be held on 15-01-2025 at 02:00 pm in the office of undersigned. The technical bids will be opened in the office of Dy. Director General Administration, CDA, Room No. 125, Executive Block, CDA, G-7/4, Islamabad on the 23-01-2025 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, who may choose to attend.
