| Description | TENDER NOTICE IT/DC/007/24 EXTENSION OF TREND MICRO SECURITY SUITE WARRANTY & LICENSES SUBSCRIPTION FOR PERIOD OF 3-YEARS Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd (KS&EW), invites sealed bids/ proposals for the extension of Trend Micro Security Suite warranty & licenses subscription for period of 3-years mentioned in the tender document from tax registered and experienced endpoint security suite services provider firms. Bidding will be conducted under ?Open Competitive Bidding? pursuant to Rule 36(b) ?Single stage ? two envelope procedure? as per PPRA Rules 2004. Technical and financially qualified Firm will be offered a contract of three (03) years. 1. Interested Firms having experience of maintaining network endpoint security suites warranty/ support SLA?s may apply for subject services giving the information in details as specified in tender document. Technical Evaluation criteria is given in tender document. 2. Tender documents can be obtained from KS&EW (IT Department) on submission of a written application on company letterhead, upon payment of Rs.10,000/- (Non-Refundable) as documents fee in cash at KS&EW Account?s department between 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs from Monday to Friday. 3. The bid should reach the office of the undersigned by 16th January 2025 at 1030 hrs and the same will be opened at 1100 hrs on the same day in GM (IT) Office, KS&EW, West Wharf Road, Karachi.
