Description | 1. National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) intends to acquire the services (for NADRA, NADRA Employee?s Pension Fund Trust, NADRA Employee?s Gratuity Fund Trust as well as for its wholly owned subsidiary company) of tax expert firm on a monthly retainership basis for the purpose of ensuring the compliance of tax laws, which includes but not limited to timely response to tax notices, appearing before the tax authorities, filing of income tax and sales tax returns/statements, provision of tax advices and handling and all types of tax litigations relating to income tax, sales tax, duties etc. falling under the jurisdiction of FBR, AJK, GB and provincial tax authorities. 2. Eligibility Criteria: A firm of Chartered Accountants located in Islamabad with at Least 15 Years? experience of dealing with tax matters under the jurisdiction of FBR, AJK, GB and provincial tax authorities. 3. The bid documents contain detailed Specification, Instruction, conditions and forms for participating in the bid. The bid documents (complete set) can be purchased by the bidder upon a written request on Bidder?s official letter head addressed to the Head of Department (NADRA Procurement) at given address from 0930am hr to 1600pm hr (Monday to Friday) & upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000/- into NADRA bank account and provision of deposit slip to NADRA Office. The bidding documents are also available on NADRA official website for the interested bidders which can be viewed and downloaded from www.tenders.nadra.gov.pk without any cost. 4. All the vendors are requested to provide request for issuance of tender documents on company letterhead including nomination of authorized representative (Name & Designation) for presence at tender opening. At the time of tender opening company rep must possess company employee card. 5. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must reach at below mentioned address on or before 11:00AM hours on 16th January, 2025 (bids received after stipulated time will not entertained) Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30AM hours.
