National Database & Registration Authority invites sealed bids for Procurement of PRE-PERSONALIZED POLYCORBONATE SMART CARDS (As per Bidding Documents) through International Competitive Bidding. In case of National / Local Firm, firm must have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration and must be on active Taxpayer List of Federal Board of Revenue. Sr.# ITEM Qty Pre-Bid Meeting 1 PRE-PERSONALIZED POLYCORBONATE SMART CARDS 24 Million Pre Bid meeting will be held on 7th January, 2025 (1100hrs) at NADRA HQ, G-5/2, Islamabad 2. The bidding documents containing detailed specifications, Instructions, conditions & forms etc. for participating in the bid are available on NADRAs official website for the interested bidders, which can be viewed and downloaded from www.tenders.nadra.gov.pk free of cost. 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the address mentioned below on or before 1100 hours on 30th January, 2025 (Bids will not be received/entertained after the specified date and time) Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. 4. Only OEM/Authorized Rep with Authorization Letter may participate in the pre-bid meeting. Bidders are requested to forward written queries (if any) well before time so that the same will be answered in the pre-bid meeting. 5. Bidder must be the OEM of Polycarbonate Smart Cards being offered, in case of International OEM, the firm must have local representative in Pakistan. 6. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
