| Description | SMEDA ? ITC GRASP Project ?Growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress (GRASP)? is a six-year project, designed to reduce poverty in Pakistan by strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small-scale agribusinesses in the provinces of Balochistan and Sindh. The project has been funded by the Delegation of the European Union to Pakistan. Select outputs of the project under SMEDA-ITC GRASP Project are being implemented by SMEDA. Capacity building of existing and potential SMEs of Sindh and Balochistan is an important component under various activity heads detailed for execution of the SMEDA-GRASP project. These capacity-building activities shall be executed through private service providers who wil be engaged through a competitive process in terms of the PPRA Rules. The exercise will involve numerous activities including but not limited to engagement of service providers, development of RFPs, contract management, verification and data management of beneficiaries, coordination and reporting with stakeholders etc. For the purpose, services of a senior of senior consultant are required as follows: Sr # Assignment Title Location 1 In-house Senior Consultant - (SMEDA ? ITC GRASP project) Lahore Terms of Engagement: ? The In-house Senior Consultant will be hired purely on contract basis, for a period of 07 months, extendable up to another period in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law/rules/contract and Performance of the individual consultant. Remuneration will be paid on monthly basis. ? The Consultant will work at a duty station assigned to him / her. Evaluation Criteria for ?Senior Consultant - (SMEDA ? ITC GRASP Project)? Age: Should be between 35-45 years. Experience: Must have minimum 07 years of experience in relevant field. Education: Minimum Masters- Business Administration or relevant degree or other equivalent degree from a reputable HEC recognized Institution/ University.
